Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PPT Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-impact presentations, pitch decks, investor decks, and grant proposal presentations for startups and SMEs. This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, design thinking, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, compelling, and professional presentations that align with funding and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Design: Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and grant proposal decks tailored for investors, government bodies, and incubators.
• Content Visualization: Translate complex business, financial, and technical information into clear visuals, infographics, charts, and structured slides.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color schemes, and design aesthetics.
• Template Development: Develop and maintain standardized presentation templates for internal and client use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Content Teams, and Leadership to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Data Representation: Design professional charts, tables, and financial summaries for funding proposals and investor submissions.
• Revision & Optimization: Incorporate feedback efficiently and refine presentations to meet client and stakeholder expectations.
• Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Design Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and suggest improvements to enhance presentation quality and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced features including animations, slide master, custom templates).
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ability to interpret data for visualization.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to create infographics, icons, and custom visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and formatting accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
