Presentation Designer - Single Family Division

Nationally recognized interior design firm, providing services exclusively to the single family and multi-family residential development industries, has an opportunity for a talented design professional to become part of the award-winning team. Kathy Andrews Interiors is seeking motivated, team-oriented and well-organized candidates for consideration as a Designer in the Presentation Department for the Single Family Division. This Designer will work as part of a team creating award-winning interiors for single family model home projects located throughout the United States.

This position is responsible for a variety of tasks while collaborating with team members. Duties will include, but not be limited to, creating concepts and documenting approved concepts; taking part in team meetings for creating project presentations; attending client presentations to support the presenter and document feedback; maintaining project files; collaborating on project presentations with other team members; creating presentation materials for clients; maintaining resource materials; and other design and support tasks in helping the presentation team create high quality product in a high project volume and fast-paced design environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

The most qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor Degree (or advanced) in Interior Design from an CIDA accredited school
Interior Design industry experience of at least 3 years including creating design concepts
Microsoft Office Suite
Photoshop
AutoCad (or Draftsight cad software)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and maintain multiple deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excel at working in a fast-pace team environment
