Job Title: Presentation Graphic Designer
Location: Hybrid (Mettawa, IL)
Duration: Long-term Contract (2 years to start)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Presentation Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, creative team supporting a global organization. This role is heavily focused on PowerPoint design (80%) along with graphic design (20%), creating visually compelling presentations for leadership and global teams.

Top Requirements:

• Strong experience with PowerPoint & MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience working on both Mac & PC environments
• Ability to handle quick turnaround projects
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Availability for overtime as needed
• Portfolio link must be included in resume (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality presentations aligned with branding guidelines
• Create engaging slide visuals for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative solutions
• Edit and enhance existing presentations (charts, tables, layouts)
• Retouch images and apply effects using Photoshop
• Work closely with design, content, and project teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage priorities effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a creative or agency environment
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint (animations, masters, themes, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Keynote
• Prior agency experience

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid role (Onsite: Tue–Thu | Remote: Mon & Fri)

Interview Process:

• Round 1: Phone/Video Interview
• Round 2: Onsite Interview
