Presentation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office tools to create engaging presentations, reports, and other documents. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams and meeting deadlines effectively.

HYBRID ONSITE- NIGHT SHIFT Hours: 4:30pm-12am(EST)

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver results that align with their expectations.

• Perform quality assurance checks on your own work and that of colleagues to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

• Assist in enhancing team skills by providing guidance on shortcuts and advanced software techniques.

• Manage reprographic tasks such as photocopying and scanning documents with minimal supervision.

• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Communicate effectively with team members of various backgrounds to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support the implementation of procedural upgrades and improvements.

• Uphold high standards of quality in all deliverables and meet tight deadlines consistently.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with reprographic processes such as photocopying and scanning.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new software techniques.
