Position Summary
The President will lead a small, growing manufacturing company in the heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket space. This individual will be responsible for
driving revenue growth, leading R&D initiatives, and overseeing day-to-day operations
, while partnering closely with ownership to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities

Drive
new business development and revenue growth
within the heavy-duty aftermarket industry

Lead and support
R&D efforts
, including new product development and expansion into new markets

Oversee
daily operations
, ensuring efficiency across production, sales, and supply chain

Manage and develop
direct reports
across operations, sales, and marketing

Establish and execute
strategic initiatives
to grow market share

Build and maintain strong
customer and industry relationships

Partner with ownership on
long-term strategy and business planning
Qualifications

8+ years of
business leadership and sales experience

Proven track record of
driving revenue growth

Experience with
product development and/or R&D

Background in
truck parts, heavy-duty vehicles, or aftermarket industry
strongly preferred

Comfortable in a
hands-on, entrepreneurial environment

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
