From our Cincinnati HQ, we design, manufacture, and ship premium stainless-steel products nationwide through our Shopify Plus store and expanding digital channels.</p>

<h3>The Role</h3>

<p>We’re seeking a proven <strong>E-commerce President</strong> — a data-driven, hands-on leader ready to scale a 7-figure Shopify business through <strong>Google Ads, SEO, and AI-driven optimization</strong>. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO to grow traffic, streamline operations, and lead our digital transformation.</p>

<p><em>You will own revenue growth, digital advertising, AI automation strategy, and overall operational excellence.</em></p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<h4>Leadership & Growth</h4>

<ul>

<li>Lead the full digital P&amp;L; set revenue and profit goals.</li>

<li>Drive top-line growth through <strong>Google Ads</strong>, <strong>SEO</strong>, and <strong>AI automation</strong>.</li>

<li>Optimize our Shopify Plus experience for conversion, retention, and AOV.</li>

<li>Use analytics and machine learning tools to improve ROI and decision-making.</li>

</ul>

<h4>Marketing & Technology</h4>

<ul>

<li>Manage $50K+/month Google Ads budget; oversee SEO content, remarketing, and email flows.</li>

<li>Deploy <strong>ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini</strong>, or other AI agents for ad creation, reporting, and workflow automation.</li>

<li>Analyze GA4, Search Console, and internal dashboards to monitor channel performance.</li>

</ul>

<h4>Operations & Team Building</h4>

<ul>

<li>Oversee inventory forecasting, logistics, and fulfillment (Shopify, 3PL, Avalara tax).</li>

<li>Hire, coach, and manage high-performing digital specialists and contractors.</li>

<li>Collaborate closely with warehouse, shipping, and production teams to align marketing with fulfillment.</li>

</ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>10+ years of leadership in <strong>e-commerce or DTC</strong> operations.</li>

<li>Proven success managing <strong>Shopify Plus</strong> and scaling revenue beyond $7M annually.</li>

<li>Expert in <strong>Google Ads</strong>, <strong>SEO</strong>, and <strong>AI automation tools</strong> (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).</li>

<li>Deep understanding of analytics, CRO, and attribution tracking.</li>

<li>Comfortable leading both strategy and day-to-day execution.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience in premium consumer products or home goods.</li>

<li>Familiarity with <strong>Avalara</strong>, <strong>Klaviyo</strong>, <strong>Shopify Flow</strong>, or similar tools.</li>

<li>Ability to lead a small, cross-functional team with a bias for action.</li>
