Job Responsibilities
I. Strategic Planning and Business Layout
(1) Formulate the company's medium- and long-term development strategy, clarifying the development path and key market regions for core businesses such as natural gas and asset management.
(2) Coordinate the company's business expansion pace in Asia, Iraq, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, achieving dual-driven development on both the market and technology fronts.
(3) Responsible for key business model innovation, including designing and implementing business models such as asset leasing, shared services, and solution design.
II. Operational Management and Profit Target Achievement
(1) Responsible for the company's overall operating results, including core operating indicators such as orders, revenue, profit, cash flow, and return on assets (ROA).
(2) Establish a closed-loop operation chain encompassing "design coordination—contract management—project delivery—asset operation," improving project profitability and asset utilization efficiency.
(3) Promote the optimization of cost elements such as engineering cost, equipment procurement, and subcontracting management, achieving controllability, convergence, and profitability for engineering projects.
III. Organizational Structure and Capacity Building
(1) Responsible for building the company's four core capabilities: technology and solutions capabilities, business and contract capabilities, engineering and project delivery capabilities, and regional market and customer management capabilities.
(2) Promote organizational coordination and process unification among the three business divisions (drilling tools and engineering equipment, natural gas asset sharing, and design and construction), the project management department, and the solutions promotion department.
(3) Cultivate a professional talent pool and build an international team that is cross-regional, cross-professional, and cross-cultural.
IV. Management of Major Projects and Key Clients
(1) Lead the decision-making, review, and full-process control of major group projects, including key aspects such as cost, quality, schedule, safety, and compliance.
(2) Take full responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships with governments, large energy companies, and strategic partners in various regions.
(3) Promote the commercialization of solutions and achieve the replication and expansion of "assets + solutions" in key countries and regions.
V. Risk Control and Compliance Management
(1) Take full responsibility for the establishment and execution of the contract management system to ensure that project contracts are "controllable, signable, and receivable." (2) Manage international business risks, including tax, legal, compliance, foreign exchange, political risks, and project site safety.
(3) Guide the company in establishing standardized project management systems and risk warning mechanisms.
Job Requirements
1. Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, etc.) or related fields; Master's/MBA/EMBA preferred.
2. Work Experience
(1) Over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas or energy industry, with systematic experience in natural gas processing, oil and gas engineering, etc.; or from engineering design institutes, EPC general contracting companies, or large oilfield service/energy companies;
(2) Over 5 years of comprehensive business management experience (CEO/President, Vice President/Business Unit General Manager level); experience in overseas project management, international customer management, and multinational team management. 3. Professional Competencies
(1) Familiar with the technical systems and engineering processes of natural gas processing, gasification utilization, energy storage, and new energy sources;
(2) Familiar with business and contract models such as EPC/EPCM/equipment leasing/asset management;
(3) Proficient in project management, cost control, supply chain management, and engineering risk management;
(4) Able to link design, contracts, engineering, and assets into a unified value chain system.
4. Comprehensive Competencies
Possess strategic insight and business model innovation capabilities; organizational integration and cross-team collaboration capabilities; international communication and negotiation skills; strong execution and results-oriented mindset; good professional ethics, strong stress resistance, and adaptability to overseas work assignments.
