Responsible for media coverage of events inside and outside the University of Sharjah operating video cameras and DSLRs to capture scientific, academic, social, and cultural events and used in various media, marketing and branding activities.

• Operate professional media equipment (video cameras, DSLR cameras, audio systems, studio lighting, microphones) to capture high-quality photographs and video footage.

• Set up and assemble equipment in studios and on location, ensuring proper framing and action capture during shoots.

• Collaborate with stakeholders such as graphic designers, editors, and social media creators to meet project specifications and concept requirements.

• Record and cover official university events, including conferences, student activities, sports, cultural, and social events.

• Edit and enhance audio, video, and photographic content using professional post-production software.

• Apply advanced lighting techniques and photo manipulation to achieve desired visual results.

• Review and select the best photographs and visual content suitable for the subject or purpose.

• Maintain and manage technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and filters, and handle maintenance, warranties, and proper storage of media assets.
