Pressure Testing Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pressure Testing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in pressure testing (hydro and pneumatic), and valve maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests using chart recorders and calibrated gauges.
• Carry out valve maintenance and overhauling, including inspection, cleaning, and reassembly.
• Execute Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) calibration and functional testing.
• Maintain accurate test records, calibration certificates, and inspection reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant field experience.
• Familiarity with chart recorders, pressure gauges, and test rigs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and test plans.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
