We are currently seeking a skilled Pressure Vessels Fitter to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Energy sector. This role is pivotal in assembling and fitting pressure vessels to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit pressure vessels according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Inspect and verify the dimensional accuracy and integrity of materials and structures before assembly.
• Collaborate with welding and engineering teams to ensure proper installation and functionality of pressure vessels.
• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques for fitting, ensuring precise alignment and secure connections.
• Conduct quality checks during and after fitting processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols and practices.
• Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of fitting-related issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fitter in pressure vessel fabrication or a related field.
• Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical fitting or a similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of pressure vessel standards, codes, and safety regulations (e.g., ASME).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proficiency in using fitting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
