Northern Virginia Pressure Washing & Sealing Service is growing and currently hiring experienced Pressure Washing Technicians who take pride in delivering high quality work.

We specialize in professional residential exterior cleaning and deck restoration throughout Northern Virginia. Our focus is quality, attention to detail, and providing homeowners with results they can trust.

Responsibilities

Wash houses, driveways, patios, walkways, and exterior surfaces
Perform deck and fence cleaning, brightening, staining, and sealing
Safely perform soft washing on siding and other delicate surfaces
Apply detergents, brighteners, and sealants correctly and safely
Set up and break down equipment and job sites properly
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Represent the company in a professional manner on every job

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in pressure washing or deck restoration
Experience using surface cleaners and chemical applications
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
Reliable transportation within Northern Virginia
Physically capable of lifting 75+ pounds and working outdoors
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Dependable attendance and professional attitude
Must pass a background check

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Soft washing or roof cleaning experience
Deck staining and wood restoration experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual English/Spanish (additional pay available)

Pay & Benefits

Up to $30 per hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses and customer tips
$250 cash retention bonus after 90 days with strong performance and attendance
Full time and part time positions available
