As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pretzels, serving refreshing pints, and delivering outstanding customer service in a lively airport environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh pretzels and other menu items following established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Serve beverages including craft beers, pints, and other drinks with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food handling stations, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy
• Assist with food prep, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth service flow

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic retail math skills are a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
• Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; retail or grocery store background is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members confidently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
