Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team during the evening shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities. Your expertise in electrical systems, mechanical components, and facilities maintenance will help keep our property in top condition, providing a seamless experience for both guests and staff.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components using schematics and tools like ohmmeters.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as HVAC units, elevators, and lighting systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, and mechanical systems to identify root causes.
• Carry out repairs involving welding, electrical wiring, or mechanical adjustments following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Assist with facilities upkeep tasks such as residential painting or minor carpentry repairs as needed.
• Supervise or coordinate with other maintenance staff during complex projects or repairs.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical components.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Skilled in welding, residential painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management.
