Job Description

As a Preventative Maintenance Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving IMCOR's growth by managing relationships, closing sales, and promoting our HVAC and plumbing services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements.
  • Create scope specific estimates and accurate proposals to ensure clients’ needs are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing account management with the focus of earning residual service work.
  • Efficiently schedule job walks and promptly provide maintenance agreements timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the service team to help coordinate onboarding of new clients and agreements.
  • Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Promote all aspects of IMCOR’s services, including repair, replacement, upgrades, and retrofits.
  • Act as a professional role model, setting high standards in work habits, appearance, and client interactions.
  • Excited to be involved with after-hour events with clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with HVAC and Plumbing Leadership to ensure successful maintenance execution and technical support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company service goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to track trends and remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
  • Monitor job-site performance for quality control and collect client feedback.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 2 years’ experience required facilitating the sales process; estimating, proposal creation and selling of HVAC and Plumbing/Piping maintenance agreements
  • A solid understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems.
  • Attend 1 to 4 client engaging events a week minimum.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning and project management proficiency.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
