Job Vacancy: Preventive Maintenance (PM) Team Leader / Supervisor – Telecom

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preventive Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure the smooth execution of maintenance activities for Mobile Network sites, maintaining high standards of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise preventive maintenance (PM) activities, including AC, Power, Infra, Rectifier, Battery, and Telecom systems.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure PM activities are completed as per approved procedures and processes.
• Update the PM tracker daily, prepare daily plans, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Conduct day-to-day customer interactions and participate in weekly meetings.
• Monitor materials issued from the warehouse, invoicing under respective contracts as per BOQ, and manage reorder of materials.
• Ensure proper tracking of all materials with maintenance teams for PM activities.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams on the ground.
• Retrieve old materials from teams for customer audits and participate in monthly customer reviews and approvals.
• Plan and correlate PM activities with efficiency, productivity, and KPI metrics; demonstrate understanding of business cases.
• Follow Huawei’s way of working and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in preventive maintenance within the telecom industry.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of telecom systems and equipment.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Preferably based in Kuwait.
