Job Summary
Ace Ticket has been a trusted name in New England for over four decades, helping fans experience the thrill of live sports, concerts, and events across Boston and beyond. From Fenway Park to TD Garden and Gillette Stadium, our team ensures that fans get access to the best seats at the best value. As one of the region’s most established ticketing marketplaces, we analyze and price hundreds of thousands of tickets every year across Boston’s iconic teams — including the Bruins, Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots — as well as major concerts, festivals, and national events.

We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Boston-based team. The ideal candidate will combine a love of live events with analytical skill — using data to make real-time pricing decisions that optimize yield, manage inventory, and help Ace Ticket maintain its position as New England’s go-to ticketing source.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze market trends, historical data, and demand patterns to determine optimal pricing for live event tickets.
  • Control a multi-million dollar portfolio of tickets and live events across the most well known teams in the world
  • Manage pricing and inventory across multiple marketplaces, adjusting dynamically to maximize sales and margin.
  • Monitor key factors such as event popularity, team performance, schedule timing, and weather to guide day-to-day pricing updates.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and dashboards to forecast yield and performance.
  • Support reporting and analytics for leadership — including weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales summaries.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive pricing and distribution strategies.

What You’ve Done

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, pricing, or revenue management — ideally within ticketing, entertainment, sports, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Experience using sales data to forecast demand and optimize pricing performance.
  • Strong understanding of Boston’s sports and entertainment landscape.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and motivated by measurable results.

What We Offer

  • Growth Environment: Work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting with room to test ideas, analyze performance, and directly impact revenue.
  • Comprehensive Compensation: Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Passion Meets Profession: Be at the center of Boston’s sports and live events scene, helping fans get to the moments that matter most.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
