SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for managing price of our enviable micro-motion product portfolio across our customer base. The incumbent will build a deep knowledge of our operations and be responsible for ensuring that we are able to provide the highest levels of service on both standard and highly bespoke solutions.
Note: This position is required to work in EU time zone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive best-in-class service levels through price delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve and maintain high customer scorecard ratings, enabling profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute pricing plans in support of our product positioning and strategic plans.
  • Create scalable processes and tools to continuously improve quality of techno-commercial proposals and turnaround time to customers.
  • Support monthly sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP) process.
  • Maintain Site forecast and work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product Management and Operations teams to meet monthly and quarterly financial metrics.
  • Support the Global Product Management team in the effective tactical implementation of 80/20 product strategies at our operational sites.
  • Drive cross functional teams to identify product cost optimization initiatives through the effective execution of PPV, VAVE and productivity improvements.
  • Participate in the customer contract/agreement review process to ensure alignment on the commercial topics.
Functional Competencies
  • Fundamental knowledge of reporting, forecasting and Annual Budget rollout process.
  • Knowledge of B2B / Industrial Marketing & OEM Sales
  • Financial analytics skills (budget, P&L, margin, and ROI analysis, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools.
Education and Experience Requirements
B.E in Mechanical/Production + MBA in Marketing with 1-2 Years of relevant experience

External: Customers
