Job Profile: Pricing cum Customer Service Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing cum Customer Service Executive with strong knowledge of Incoterms and advanced graphical/analytical skills. The role involves preparing competitive freight quotations, supporting customers throughout the shipment cycle, and analyzing pricing trends using data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotations as per customer requirements.

Apply expert understanding of Incoterms to advise customers on responsibilities, risks, and costs.

Maintain and update rate sheets, carrier contracts, and cost comparison charts.

Act as the key point of contact for customer queries on pricing, shipments, and documentation.

Coordinate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Provide pre- and post-shipment support, including tracking and issue resolution.

Manage escalations and ensure high service standards.

Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and overseas partners.

Ensure compliance with international trade rules, Incoterms, and company policies.

Support the sales team with pricing strategies and customer presentations.

In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and global trade practices.

Strong analytical and graphical skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good negotiation skills with carriers and agents.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–5 years’ experience in pricing and customer service within freight forwarding.

Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions & visualization) and logistics software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
