Pricing Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Pricing Executive/Logistics Coordinator with strong freight forwarding knowledge to support our UK operations. The role involves preparing competitive pricing for Sea/Air/Road shipments and coordinating with global agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pricing for LCL, FCL, Air Freight & Road Freight
• Source and negotiate rates with overseas agents and carriers
• Maintain updated pricing sheets and rate databases
• Support sales with fast and accurate quotations
• Understand routes, transit times, surcharges, and trade lanes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years freight forwarding experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, HS codes & basic customs requirements
• Good knowledge of LCL/FCL/Air pricing structures
• Excellent English communication and email writing skills for professional quotation drafting
• Proficient in Excel and pricing tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, passionate to learn, and committed
