Job Title: Pricing Manager – Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance

We are a growing logistics company specializing in freight forwarding and customs clearance, and we are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for air, sea, and land freight.
• Handle RFQs and tenders efficiently and professionally.
• Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ pricing.
• Coordinate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure profitable pricing.
• Monitor GP margins and ensure business profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and customs procedures.
• Experience dealing with airlines, shipping lines, and NVOCCs.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing systems.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
