So let's talk about the role...

The Pricing Manager is responsible for overseeing all pricing database management and reporting functions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. This role ensures that pricing information is consistently reliable and readily available to support Andrews’ sales and delivery operations. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining pricing data systems, generating and distributing pricing reports, and providing timely product and pricing communications to internal and external stakeholders—including the sales team, brand team, suppliers, and retail partners.

Here's more of what you will do... (Okay, not all in one day!)

Pricing Administration and Management

  • Oversees total portfolio pricing and communications activities for all business initiatives and activities.

  • Manages the day-to-day pricing and communications activities across the company.

  • Manages a team of individual contributors ensuring pricing administration and communication is timely and accurate.

  • Audits pricing and promotions completed by team.

  • Develops best practices for maintaining and updating department tools and team resources.

  • Serves as second level contact for pricing issues and inquiries.

  • Understands all product and pricing-related processes, including strategic pricing practices.

  • Ensures product and pricing information is communicated to the sales team, brand team, suppliers, and retail partners in support of daily business needs and as requested.

  • Audits price letters, bridge buy guides and new item letters.

Data Analysis and Recommendations

  • Identifies opportunities, proposes solutions, and produces actionable pricing insights in support of company strategies and business initiatives.

  • Analyzes industry SKU margins and reports as applicable.

  • Performs gross revenue, COGS, discount, rebate and gross profit analysis at the brand, SKU and customer level.

  • Produces a variety of reports, analysis, proposals, and summaries as required.

  • Ensures product Standard Costing Standard is accurate.

  • Assists with general price increases by establishing timelines, assisting with strategy, ensuring execution, and providing gross profit net impacts.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Works cross-functionally with other Andrew’s teams to implement and administer company-wide pricing initiatives.

  • Participates as an active member of Data Governance team, ensuring product and customer information integrity and determining process impacts to data.

  • Summarizes and presents results on pricing initiatives to Leadership and other teams as needed.

  • Supports strategic projects across the organization as applicable.

  • Provides product, pricing and customer insights and expertise as needed.

  • Works collaboratively with Accounting team concerning supplier costing.

Team Member Development

  • Coaches, develops, and engages team members to support their performance, growth, and overall success

  • Coaches and develops team members through individual team member meetings, annual performance management and engagement.

  • Works 1-on-1 with team members to ensure all are trained and coached on current company processes, sales processes, and operational standards.

  • Meets with team members to discuss career goals, support role development, and create actionable development plans.

  • Engages team members to understand team needs, identify challenges, and recommend improvements.

  • Seeks continuous feedback from team members and incorporating suggestions to enhance team performance and effectiveness.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or Related Field

  • Three Plus Years Experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Revenue Management, Merchandising Analytics or Similar Data-Driven Roles; Demonstrated Experience Managing Pricing Databases, ERP Systems, or Product Information Systems

  • Two Plus Years Sales and/or RAS Sales Support Experience

  • Prior Supervisory, Team Management and Team Member Development Experience

  • Ability to Manage and Lead a Team with Multiple, Conflicting and Changing Priorities

  • Advanced Communication and Relationship Building Skills; Ability to Collaborate and Influence at all Organizational Levels

  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Including Advanced Formulas, Pilot Tables and Data Modeling


Here's what we hope you will have:

  • Understanding of the Distribution and/or Beverage Industry

  • Experience Producing and Distributing Pricing Reports, Dashboards, and Business Insights

  • Experience in Process Governance, Compliance-Oriented Work, or Standardized Operating Procedures
