Pricing Manager-Freight Forwaders

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to lead our Freight Forwarding commercial desk. You will manage a high-performing team and take full ownership of our Air and Sea (FCL/LCL) pricing strategy.

• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience specifically within Freight Forwarding, with a deep understanding of Import/Export procedures for Air, Sea (LCL & FCL), and multimodal logistics.
• Carrier & Agent Network: A robust, existing network of international agents and carrier contacts to leverage for immediate competitive advantage.
• Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing a pricing team and the ability to maintain composure and decisiveness in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate with vendors and agents to secure rates that win business.
• Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client follow-ups and effective internal team coordination.
• Market Intelligence: Ability to interpret global shipping trends, surcharges, and blank sailings to provide proactive advice to the Sales team.
• 8+ years of Freight Forwarding experience (Import/Export focus).
• Proven ability to negotiate under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
