What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. A set of techniques and processes that support defining a pricing strategy, creating a pricing model, and ensuring differentiated value for the opportunity pursuit.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in order/quote operations, deal contract operations, sales operations, sales support, customer service environment or similar position in a corporate setting. • Strong teamwork and customer service oriented. • Flexibility to support extended hours required at end of quarter. • Highly motivated and results driven; cope effectively with complexity and change. • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. •• Ability to build strong relationships. • Ability to handle confidential information. • Working knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and knowledge of Quote to Cash scenarios including quote preparation. • Must be organized and detail oriented. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. • Working knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Advanced English language proficiency (able to read, write and speak in business environment).
Roles and Responsibilities: •Check email for urgent requests/quotes/purchase orders etc. • Support new quote & order creation requests. • Review/follow-up and progress on items from previous day. • Follow and share latest updates with sales/cross-functional teams. • Follow-up with sales on corrections, approvals, missing information. • Follow the calendar for important meetings. • Address sales/channel partner inquiries/team member inquiries. • Mandate MRP checks • Prepare paperwork as needed (order form/DocuSign). • Splits support (creation and approvals) • Licensing support: Evals/temp/trials via SER/CPQ quote. • QE support: Extended support till all orders are closed. • Actively participate in training/best practices. • Actively engage to resolve urgent issues/corrections.
