Pricing & Portfolio Strategy Manager- Istanbul – B2B contract role – 12 months

For one of our clients, a global technology company in the payments industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Portfolio Management & Pricing Manager to join a dynamic acquiring marketing division in Istanbul. This is a high-impact role focused on growing and managing an active customer base through data-driven strategies, targeted campaigns, and effective lifecycle management. This is a 12 months contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to shape portfolio strategies.
• Identify and implement improvements across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Lead and deliver end-to-end portfolio projects, coordinating across business units.
• Develop, budget, and execute customer campaigns to boost engagement and profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management within banking, financial institutions, payment systems or fintech
• Turkish speaker with fluent English.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data tools (e.g., SAS, SQL).
• A degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
