The Pricing Team

The Pricing Team is responsible for managing the profit and growth targets. In pricing team, we generate insights and actions from the data.

Besides preparing analytic reports with large data, GLMs and Machine learning models, we collaborate closely with marketing, claims, IT and operations to provide our customers with the best customer experience possible.

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to help us move forward.

What you'll do,

• Become an owner and expert on our Traffic / Casco insurance tariffs,
• Identify areas for pricing and underwriting action based on ongoing monitoring of results,
• Preparing data and building machine learning and GLM models,
• Implemented tariff actions and model results to the system.

What you'll need,

• B.A. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related degree,
• 2-3 years of experience,
• Strong technical skills in Excel, including building reports,
• General knowledge of data science programming languages such as Knime, R or Python (preferred),
• Experience with Emblem preferred, but not required,
• Loves to work with and complete analysis on large data sets,
• Collaborative spirit and top-notch communication skills,
• Analytical, with a knack for identifying trends, communicating results, and taking action,
• Ability to work in an office environment.
