Pricing Strategy Analyst – UK Market

Job Overview

Magna Foodservice is seeking a Pricing Strategy Analyst to support our UK operations by developing data-driven pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze product costs, market trends, and competitor pricing to help the business maintain strong margins while remaining competitive in the market.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who can translate data into actionable pricing decisions that support sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product costs, supplier pricing, and operational expenses to determine accurate product pricing.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and margin analysis for foodservice products.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the UK foodservice industry.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing adjustments and cost optimization.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases and cost sheets.
  • Prepare pricing reports and insights for management decision-making.
  • Support management in promotional pricing, discounts, and margin planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Experience with costing, margin analysis, and pricing models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
