Overview
Join a collaborative, team-oriented outpatient primary care and specialty internal medicine practice in Hudson, Massachusetts as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is a full-time role — with flexibility for a 0.6 or 0.8 FTE for the right candidate — in a supportive, physician-partnered environment focused on delivering exceptional, evidence-based patient outcomes.
You'll start with a manageable patient load of 10 patients per day, ramping up as you settle into the practice, using Epic EMR with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package included.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising or consulting physicians
- Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests and therapies
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle management
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in Epic EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts required
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required
- Current DEA and state prescriptive authority certification required
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
- Outpatient or clinic experience required — hospital or internal medicine background accepted
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
