Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) who is both clinically strong and wellness-driven.

This is not a traditional NP role. You will function as both a provider and a strategic clinician, managing primary care patients while also identifying opportunities to improve outcomes through wellness, hormones, and aesthetic-adjacent services.

The ideal candidate understands how to treat, educate, and convert—delivering exceptional care while contributing to practice growth.

Core Responsibilities (Primary Care Focus):

● Provide full-scope primary care (annuals, sick visits, chronic disease management)
● Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of conditions
● Order and interpret labs (CBC, CMP, lipids, hormones, metabolic panels)
● Ensure high-quality documentation and compliance

Expanded Wellness & Revenue-Driven Responsibilities:

● Evaluate and manage patients for HRT/TRT, hormone pellets, and peptide therapy
● Guide patients through medical weight loss programs (GLP-1, metabolic optimization)
● Recommend and oversee IV therapy and nutrient protocols
● Identify opportunities for preventative and regenerative treatments
● Educate patients on longevity, performance, and aesthetic wellness
● Support patient retention, satisfaction, and treatment adherence

Preferred High-Value Skills:

● Experience with Botox and dermal fillers
● Familiarity with regenerative medicine (exosomes, advanced therapies)
● Confidence discussing and recommending cash-pay services
● Strong patient conversion and communication skills
● Comfort working in a fast-paced, hybrid medical + aesthetic environment

Qualifications:

● Active Florida APRN license + DEA
● 3+ years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
● Proven ability to manage patients independently
● Experience or strong exposure to wellness, hormones, or functional medicine
● Bilingual English/Spanish
