This position involves performing professional nursing services as well as leadership, responsibility, and client care for low-income uninsured persons with acute and chronic illness in accordance with the bylaws, policies, and procedures of the Downtown Clinic in Laramie, Wyoming. The minimum requirement is a license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wyoming. A BSN and bilingual are preferred (Spanish).
A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a registered nurse is required. Experience in public health and primary care settings involving care of clients with acute and chronic illnesses, particularly diabetes, is preferred. Experience working with other community agencies is helpful.
