Pediatric Associates is recruiting a full-time Pediatrician to join our well-established practice in Lakeland, Florida—perfectly positioned between Tampa and Orlando. This opportunity offers the stability of a well-run practice, a highly competent support team, and the resources you need to build a rewarding and sustainable pediatric career.

You’ll practice in a family-focused community with access to two major metro areas, while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong operational support. Time off is supported through our per diem and float pool, allowing for flexibility and coverage.

Schedule

• 3 days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 day: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No hospital rounding or Call

Education, Licensure & Certification

• MD or DO
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Pediatrics residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Current, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license
