Here, your patient panels are one-half the size of standard practices, and you're supported by a full care team (experienced nurses, MAs and dedicated staff) who manage coordination.

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and deliver high-impact preventive care exclusively to adults.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

● Focus on comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits and chronic condition oversight.

● Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, arthritis) through guidance and collaboration.

● Utilize technology and team support to maximize clinical impact.

Compensation & Benefits:

● Highly Competitive Pay: $300,000-$500,000 with an additional production bonus
