<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Provider to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients across diverse age groups. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent patient assessment skills, and a commitment to promoting health and wellness. As a Primary Care Provider, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions while fostering positive patient relationships.

<Responsibilities>

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess patient health status.
• Develop personalized care plans based on clinical evaluations, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, imaging studies, including CT scans when necessary.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with specialists in fields such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, and dermatology for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform procedures including suturing, basic wound care, and other minor interventions within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.

<Experience>

• Valid medical license with current certification to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in outpatient primary care settings with familiarity in medical office operations.
• Knowledge of EMR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.
• Experience managing acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and preventive health strategies.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Prior experience working in hospital or urgent care environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining excellent patient service standards.
