Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, FNP, PA)

We are seeking experienced, dedicated and skilled Integrative/Functional/Preventative Primary Care Providers (MD, DO, FNP) to join our multidisciplinary team in our Medford and Eagle Point, Oregon clinic locations. This role involves delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services to diverse patient populations, including acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and health education. The ideal candidate will possess a broad clinical skill set, including experience with EMR systems like Epic and Athenahealth, and demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health through innovative practices and compassionate service. This is a Full-Time (32 patient hours per week) position with very competitive compensation and benefits package as well as future growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history documentation.
  • Manage a wide range of health conditions utilizing evidence-based practices across internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and acute care settings.
  • Provide preventive care services such as screenings, in clinic procedures and health counseling tailored to individual needs.
  • Perform procedures including suturing, IV insertion, injections and dermal filler administration when appropriate.
  • Utilize EMR systems like Epic or Athenahealth for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/CPT).
  • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as gastroenterology, infectious disease care, or behavioral health as needed for comprehensive patient management.
  • Participate in telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high standards of clinical quality.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain meticulous medical records for all patient interactions.

Experience

  • Valid, active, full and unrestricted licensure as an MD or DO; Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants must hold current certification and licensure for advanced practice nursing and/or physician assisting under the Oregon Medical Board or Oregon Board of Nursing, BLS certified; must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid and other federal health programs. Must also meet all qualifications for company paid professional malpractice and other liability coverage. Active NPI report and DEA license required.
  • Demonstrated experience in primary care settings with familiarity in urgent care or outpatient clinics preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Athenahealth is essential.
  • Experience in Primary Care / Family Practice and Integrative / Functional medicine, managing complex cases involving acute pain management, chronic disease control, or family medicine, pediatric and senior/geriatric care is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10/CPT), medication administration protocols, and diagnostic evaluation techniques required.
  • Prior exposure to hospital medicine or emergency room environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations including children, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities or developmental conditions. Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
