Job Title: Primary Coordinator
Location: Glendale International School, Nallagandla, Hyderabad
Programme: Cambridge International Curriculum (Grades 1–5)

Role Overview

The Primary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the academic and co-curricular programmes for Grades 1–5 under the Cambridge curriculum. This role involves leading teachers, ensuring effective curriculum implementation, fostering innovative teaching practices, and creating a nurturing environment for holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic leadership in implementing the Cambridge Primary Curriculum (Grades 1–5).
  • Mentor and support teachers to ensure effective lesson planning, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
  • Monitor curriculum delivery, assessments, and reporting in alignment with Cambridge standards.
  • Organize and lead professional development programmes for faculty.
  • Ensure effective communication between teachers, students, parents, and school leadership.
  • Coordinate school events, assemblies, parent meetings, and other academic activities.
  • Regularly review student performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject heads and leadership to align curriculum and pedagogy across grades.
  • Uphold the school’s vision, mission, and values while promoting a positive and inclusive learning culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambridge International policies and academic quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in Cambridge/International schools.
  • Prior experience in leadership, coordination, or supervisory roles is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Cambridge Primary Curriculum framework and assessment methodology.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a team of teachers effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
