Job Summary:
The Primary Dentist is responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, and ensuring overall oral health. This role includes performing routine dental exams, cleanings, and procedures while educating patients on proper oral hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments.
• Diagnose dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and malocclusion.
• Provide restorative treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
• Perform dental surgeries such as extractions, root canals, and minor oral surgeries.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to maintain long-term dental health.
• Manage patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients during visits.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, treatments, and technologies.
• Supervise dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals or specialists for complex treatments and referrals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BDS
• Valid state dental license and certifications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly to patients.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in various dental procedures.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to manage patient anxiety and make visits as comfortable as possible.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
