Primary Educator

We are seeking a Primary Teacher for Grades 1–4 who is aligned with the Holistic Education System (HES) philosophy and committed to child-centred learning. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and a strong command over the subject areas taught, along with thoughtful lesson planning and developmentally appropriate instructional practices within a Cambridge-aligned framework.

Key Responsibilities

Grades 1 & 2 (All Subjects)

• Teach all core subjects using Cambridge Primary–aligned, inquiry-based methodologies.
• Design engaging learning experiences that promote curiosity, observation, and early critical thinking.
• Conduct regular formative assessments and maintain student progress portfolios.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support students’ social-emotional development in line with HES values.
• Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school events, planning, and training programs.

Grades 3 & 4 (Math, Science & English)

• Plan and deliver Cambridge-aligned lessons in Mathematics, Science, and English.
• Use inquiry-based strategies, experiential learning, and cross-curricular integration.
• Encourage higher-order thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning skills.
• Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments and systematically track student progress.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to academic planning, curriculum discussions, and interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in one or more of the following:
• Science
• English
• Mathematics / Physics
• Proven understanding of Holistic and Experiential Education principles.
• Experience in teacher training, academic mentoring, or professional development is mandatory.
• Ability to align curriculum with HES values and vision.
• Strong skills in:
• Curriculum design and mapping
• Pedagogical innovation
• Assessment planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
