Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our academic team at our HSR Layout campus. The ideal candidate should have strong English language skills, a love for teaching young learners, and experience in managing primary-grade classrooms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver English lessons to students in Grades 1 to 5 in an engaging and interactive manner.
• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Use creative teaching methods and tools to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan cross-curricular learning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience teaching English at the primary level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A nurturing, energetic, and student-friendly teaching style.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,410.78 - ₹34,239.13 per month
