Primary school teacher

We are searching for an experienced primary school teacher who must possess the ability to teach all areas of knowledge at the high school level in order to achieve the learning outcomes.

A teacher is responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of classes by handling substitutions as needed, assisting the main teacher during classroom sessions, and providing support in the activity centre. The role involves ensuring continuity of learning, maintaining discipline, and engaging students in meaningful activities when required.

Responsibilities and Duties

He / She must:

• Possess thorough knowledge of the primary school curriculum adopted by the school
• Possess in-depth knowledge of concept-based learning methodology
• Motivate, stimulate and encourage experiential learning
• Employ appropriate techniques and strategies for instruction and evaluation
• Ensure age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to aid learning
• Focus on skill development
• Possess the ability to identify learning disabilities
• Develop appropriate learning aids, tools and resources and come up with innovative ideas in implementation of the curriculum.
• Maintain the record of competence, performance, and progress of every child and able to handle parents.
• Update herself on the best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
