Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
• Use innovative and child-centered teaching methods.
• Ensure inclusive education for all learners.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide feedback.
• Classroom Management
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom climate.
• Encourage student participation and confidence.
• Ensure safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Student Development
• Support holistic development — academic, emotional, social, and physical.
• Identify learning difficulties and provide remedial support.
• Motivate students to achieve their best potential.
• Assessment & Records
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student portfolios.
• Prepare report cards and progress reports.
• Parent & School Coordination
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and school management.
• Professional Responsibilities
• Participate in training, workshops, and school activities.
• Follow school policies, discipline, and ethics.
• Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Primary Education (D.El.Ed / B.Ed preferred)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching young children

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
