Position: Primary Science Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Montessori philosophy and methodology in an elementary classroom. ( age 6 to 12)
• Foster a stimulating and prepared learning environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.
• Guide students in academic and social development while respecting their individual learning pace.
• Design engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
• Maintain a well-organized and structured classroom that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school leadership regarding student progress and development.
• Conduct regular assessments & close observations to track student growth and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Encourage positive classroom behavior and interpersonal skills among students.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Primary environment.
• Language Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for Teaching: A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other educators and parents to create a supportive learning community.
