Primary Social Teacher(GK)

Job Responsibilities: Primary Social Studies & GK Teacher (Grade 1–8)

• Teach Social Studies and General Knowledge to students from Grade 1 to Grade 8 as per the prescribed curriculum and school guidelines.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive lessons using stories, activities, maps, visuals, and current affairs.
• Develop students’ understanding of history, geography, civics, culture, environment, and global awareness.
• Integrate GK topics, including current events, life skills, moral values, and general awareness, into daily teaching.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Conduct regular evaluations, quizzes, and class activities to monitor student progress.
• Encourage critical thinking, curiosity, discussion, and questioning among students.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Support students with different learning needs through individual attention and differentiated instruction.
• Participate in school activities, assemblies, competitions, exhibitions, and events related to Social Studies and GK.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress and overall development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning and school initiatives.
• Stay updated with current affairs, teaching strategies, and educational best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
