Primary Teacher

About the Role:

We are looking for a caring and responsible Female Primary Teacher to assist in a project involving toddlers. The candidate will monitor and guide children’s daily activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor toddlers during various activities.
• Encourage participation in educational and play-based exercises.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Maintain records of children’s activities, behavior, and progress.
• Communicate observations to project supervisors regularly.
• Help create a fun, interactive, and positive environment for toddlers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with toddlers or in preschool/primary teaching.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple children simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must know Kannada language to communicate with children effectively.
• Preference for young candidates who can actively engage with toddlers.
• Female candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
