About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Primary All-Subjects Teacher to teach core subjects to young learners. The ideal candidate should have strong command over primary-level academics, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to create a joyful, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach all core subjects (English, Maths, EVS/Science, Social Studies, Hindi) to primary students.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning activities, worksheets, and assessments as per the school curriculum.
• Develop a student-centered classroom environment that promotes curiosity and active learning.
• Encourage reading, writing, numeracy, communication, and life skills.
• Maintain academic records, portfolios, and progress reports.
• Manage classroom discipline and support the holistic development of children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional training sessions.
• Incorporate creative teaching methods, storytelling, activities, and digital tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of primary-level subjects and child psychology.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage young learners creatively.
• Good command of English and basic tech skills.
• Ability to plan lessons that cater to different learning needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
