Primary Teacher

Primary Teachers:

Primary Teachers is responsible for handling one class throughout the year, ensuring the overall academic, emotional, and social development of students. She acts as a guide, caregiver, and facilitator to create a safe and joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, child-friendly, and disciplined classroom.

Develop routines that support smooth daily functioning.

Teach all major subjects (English, Math, Telugu & Hindi) for the assigned class.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and activity-based learning materials.

Use storytelling, play-way methods, and interactive techniques.

Conduct assessments, worksheets, and evaluations regularly.

Observe each child’s academic progress and behaviour.

Provide emotional support and encourage confidence and social skills.

Build a strong teacher–parent partnership.

Maintain attendance and progress reports.

Record observations and update files regularly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Graduation with D.eld/B.ed preferred.

Experience in primary class teaching

Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
