Primary Teacher - Mathematics

Crimson World School, Agra is inviting applications for the role of Primary Teacher - Mathematics (PRT - Maths). We seek dedicated and enthusiastic educators who can effectively teach Mathematics to students of Classes I–V, strengthen their foundational concepts, and make learning engaging and enjoyable.

KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS:

• Teach Mathematics to students of Classes I–V as per CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
• Design lesson plans, teaching aids, and innovative activities to simplify mathematical concepts.
• Foster logical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning in students.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide remedial support and individual attention to students as required.
• Integrate technology, visual aids, and activity-based methods for effective teaching.
• Encourage a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs and share student progress updates.
• Participate actively in school activities, academic planning, and co-curricular programs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduate in Mathematics or related discipline with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (mandatory).

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/Primary schools.

SKILLSET:

• Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach Mathematics in an engaging and simplified manner.
• Good understanding of child pedagogy and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, smart boards, and interactive teaching resources.
• Passion for working with children and fostering curiosity in young learners.
