Primary Teacher (PRT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PRT (All Subjects Teacher) to teach students in Pre-primary as well as Primary. The teacher will be responsible for delivering a well-rounded education across subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and others in line with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning while ensuring the holistic development of every student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching Across Subjects:
• Plan and deliver lessons across core subjects including English, Mathematics, EVS, and other topics as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Use activity-based, experiential, and child-friendly teaching methods to engage students.
• Student Development:
• Encourage intellectual, emotional, and social growth in students.
• Promote positive learning habits, curiosity, and self-confidence.
• Assessment & Feedback:
• Conduct regular evaluations through tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments.
• Maintain student progress reports and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.
• Foster discipline, cooperation, and respect among students.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school administration to support academic programs and extracurricular activities.
• Co-curricular Activities:
• Organise and encourage participation in activities like storytelling, arts, sports, and school functions to support holistic learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Graduation in any discipline + D.El.Ed / B.Ed – mandatory.
• CTET qualification – preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a primary school, preferably in a CBSE environment.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify concepts and make learning enjoyable.
• Classroom management, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom methods.

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Teach multiple subjects across the primary classes as per the timetable.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Create an environment that balances academic rigor with empathy and care.
• Uphold the values and vision of the school while working in alignment with CBSE guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.60 - ₹27,931.77 per month
