Position Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative daily lesson plans incorporating stories, music, arts & crafts, indoor/outdoor play, and other developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support the overall development of children aged 2–5 years across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment while following all health and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to plan curriculum, organize classroom activities, and participate in school events.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and informal discussions to support each child's learning journey.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed., or a related field.
- Certification in early childhood education (such as NTT, NPTT, ECCE, or Montessori training).
- 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or playschool setting is preferred; however, freshers with a relevant diploma are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, written and spoken.
