Positions: Theatre, Music, and Dance Teachers

For an upcoming residential school for girls

We are seeking passionate Theatre, Music, and Dance Educators who see teaching as more than a profession — a way to inspire, nurture, and guide.
Our educators are not just instructors in the arts, but storytellers, facilitators, and mentors who awaken creativity, confidence, and connection in young learners.

This role is ideal for those who bring artistic expertise with empathy, embrace experiential and process-based learning, and view education as a journey of growth — for both students and themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Artistic Facilitation & Learning Design:
Create immersive, interdisciplinary experiences that integrate theatre, music, or dance into the broader curriculum, inspired by Cambridge, NCERT, and progressive frameworks.

Student Mentorship & Care:
Support students in discovering their voice, rhythm, and self-expression while building confidence, teamwork, and emotional balance.

Assessment & Reflection:
Document student journeys through portfolios, performances, and reflective storytelling — valuing effort, exploration, and expression over perfection.

Cultural & Co-curricular Engagement:
Lead school productions, assemblies, and cultural events that celebrate creativity, collaboration, and diversity of artistic expression.

Professional Growth:
Participate in reflective practice, peer collaboration, and continuous learning within a creative and mindful professional community.

Parent & Community Partnerships:
Collaborate with families and the broader community to make the arts a living part of school life.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of teaching or performance experience (experience in residential, alternative, or progressive schools preferred)
  • Deep passion for Theatre, Music, or Dance and ability to integrate the arts with classroom learning
  • Familiarity with experiential and arts-based pedagogies
  • Compassionate, emotionally steady, and collaborative
  • Comfortable using simple, creative technology tools to enhance learning experiences

Working Rhythms

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays)
  • Community Life: Active participation in cultural celebrations, performances, and exhibitions
  • A mindful balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being is encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kishangarh, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
