Primary Transportation Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Lead and supervise primary fleet operations to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective transportation of goods. Optimize delivery schedules, monitor driver performance, and maintain compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide drivers, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and safety regulations.
• Optimize routes and delivery schedules for efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor costs, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses.
• Foster a culture of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–4 years in transportation operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; bilingual (Arabic & English).
