Primavera P6 Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Primavera Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on Oracle Primavera P6 project management software. The trainer will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting practical sessions, and preparing participants to efficiently plan, schedule, monitor, and control projects using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver Primavera P6 training programs from beginner to advanced levels.
• Conduct classroom, online, and corporate training sessions focused on:
• Project creation, structuring, and work breakdown structures (WBS)
• Scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management
• Baseline creation, progress tracking, and project updating
• Reporting, dashboards, and earned value management (EVM)
• Prepare customized training materials, exercises, and practical case studies.
• Ensure learners gain hands-on experience with Primavera P6 software.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback and certification of completion.
• Stay up to date with Primavera P6 updates, project management trends, and PMI methodologies.
• Support learners in applying Primavera concepts to real-world project environments (construction, oil & gas, engineering, IT, etc.).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent Oracle credential preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls using Primavera P6.
• Proven experience in training delivery, mentoring, or curriculum development.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles (PMI-based) and resource management.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
